How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing times vary by item. In-stock décor typically ships within 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces may take 2-4 weeks for White Glove delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for furniture and rugs?

We want you to love your purchase. Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please note that furniture must be in original condition, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Custom-made or 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer White Glove Delivery?

Yes, for a flat rate, our White Glove service includes delivery to your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials. This is highly recommended for our larger dining tables, beds, and sofas.

Can I request fabric or rug swatches?

Absolutely. To ensure the color and texture fit your space perfectly, you can order swatches for most of our upholstered collections and handmade rugs directly from the product pages.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for qualifying purchases.

How do I care for my handmade rug?

We recommend regular vacuuming on a low-power setting without a beater bar. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Professional cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years to maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
