We want you to love your home's new look, so we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and certain oversized items or custom orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the shipment at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
